Advance DD Care provides Non-Medical Transportation to its clients to assist them with transportation from/to their day services, employment services, or places of employment.
According to the department, the person’s service and support administrator, or SSA, will assess them for a need for Non-Medical Transportation. If there is a need, the SSA will include it in the person’s individual service plan.
Non-Medical Transportation includes transportation to get to and/or from a place of employment or to access:
- Adult Day Support
- Career Planning
- Group Employment Support
- Individual Employment Support
- Vocational Habilitation
